Back To The Top Paypal Spammer Fraud Did you get an email from Paypal saying your account would be suspended if you didn't confirm your email address and send your credit card number and other (sensitive) information? It's bogus--it's not from Paypal. If you look at the "source" for the link, the link doesn't really go to Paypal. Back To The Top Site Status The FOO The FOO needs a leader. They need to register for not-for-profit status. It's a lot of work. Oddhobby will help as much as we can. You need about 10 honest, smart people to rebuild The FOO. Until then, JHLMC, Inc. will use the name commercially to keep it from spammers. We will sell finger armor and collector's cards on The FOO site (when it's in stock). The FOO and Oddhobby, Oddhobbies are trademarks of JHLMC, Inc. The Oddhobby Shop Still very ugly. Sales are dead. Boo Hoo. We need to at least make enough money to stay on line. The new shop is already designed, and partially written. It needs to be completed and tested. Our volunteer programmers don't have a lot of time. I think we should just start begging for 1 dollar donations. ---------------------------------- Ok, I got 4 emails in 1 week suggesting we try donations... so.... as long as you know that Oddhobby is NOT a not for profit organization. We're are not a charity. However, I can honestly say that all of the money you send (under about $15,000) will go directly to paying bills for the Oddhobby site past and present. Money above $15,000 but less than $30k will go to expanding Oddhobby and buying more products and anything over $30k will go to staff, artists, and writers. My guess is 1 of the 4 people who sent me an email will give a dollar and somehow I'll end up spending thousands reporting that single dollar to the IRS! I've changed my mind. No cyber-begging.
